Abstract
This project proposes the development of an automated mixer for beams cake production. The mixer uses a 0.5 Hp motor pulleys and a belt drive to connect the motor to the stirrer. The stirrer is designed to cause the toque which will mix the ingredient together evenly. The mixer is controlled by micro controller which allows the user to set the mixing speed and time. The mixer is housed in a sturdy frame made of durable materials. The automated mixer has several advantages over traditional manual mixer. First, it is more efficient, as it mixes the ingredients more evenly and faster. Second, it is safer, as it eliminates the risk of operator injury. Third, it is more consistent as the mixing process is automated. The development of the automated mixer will be a significant contribution to the beans cake production industry. It will help to improve the efficiency, safety, consistency, and versatility of the mixing process. This will lead to increased productivity and quality of the beans cake products.
