Abstract
AbstractThe study focused on organizational strategies for enhancing health information service as a cornerstone for standardized healthcare in the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC), Ile-Ife, Osun State. A descriptive survey design was adopted. Data were gathered using a structured questionnaire administered to health information officers, medical record staff, and related professionals. Findings revealed that effective organizational strategies such as proper planning, supervision, staff motivation, and training significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of health information services. The study concludes that the use of appropriate strategies ensures standardization and enhances healthcare delivery. It recommends periodic staff training, adequate funding, and continuous review of hospital policies to sustain quality health information services.
