ABSTRACT The spatial analysis of sachet water companies is necessary as this be used to regulate, Their operation. The aim of this study is to produce a digital map and analyze the spatial distribution of sachet water companies in Damaturu metropolis. This was carried out with Garmin Hand held GPS identifying the number of sachet water in Damaturu Metropolis, Acquired the spatial and attribute data of the Sachet Water Company, Process the Data acquired in ArcGIS software, to query the data based on the attribute, analyze the result based on the queries carried out. Results obtained from the finding revealed that there are Thirty Three (33) Table Water at the time of the study. This Sachet Water Company are located at seven 7 ward in the study area however, the Sachet Water Company are not equally distributed between the ward as can be observe from the figure. Gwange carries the highest number of Sachet Water Company followed by Sabon Pegi. The study recommended that there is the need to provides all necessary updated information of all Sachet Water Company, From the foregoing all the stake holders involved (like the Nigeria institute of Surveyor, the Nigeria institute of town planner, the Nigeria institutes of estate among others) should be fully mobilized to carry out the mapping and policy formulation of all land in Nigeria and produce relevant topographic and cadastral map of various used and scales.
