Abstract

Anthropometry is a key component of nutrition status assessment in children and adults. Early identification of Head Circumference, Chest Circumference, and Mid-upper arm circumference can be a critical first step in identifying disorders, prompt referral to higher institutions that render help and this may determine survival and will be helpful in reducing the mortality and morbidity in children and early adulthood.
