Abstract
ABSTRACT This research work investigate on the Deforestation and its Disastrous Effects on Crops Production in some Villages at Tsanyawa Local Government area, Kano State. In order to achieve these objectives, the research questions were advanced. The study uses the survey design and the population of the study was all the farmers as a respondents in in Tsanyawa Local government area, Kano State. However the research selected 5 Wards as a population size. Primary data was collected through the use of questionnaire, presented and analyzed by means of simple percentages. The findings of the study has provided the basis for the researchers to conclude that Conclusion and recommendations would also be made based on the findings in (i). There is the need for Kano State ministry of Agriculture to upgrade or rehabilitate rural infrastructures for the protection Deforestation., (ii). Non-Governmental organization to Encourage integrated approach to agricultural and rural development through systematic or multidimensional strategies for improving the life of rural communities through provision of adequate socio-economic amenities, (iii). Effective implementation and monitoring of agricultural development programmes. Provision of adequate fund and government attention to rural agricultural development projects, (iv). There is need for the government to create sustaining agricultural and rural development programme that can facilitate economic growth and development in the study area. (v). finally By educating Farmers on deforestation and its impact on crop production, we can promote sustainable land use practices, enhance Agricultural productivity and contributes to environmental conservation.
