Abstract

ABSTRACT The continual advancement of technology continuously alters and refines urban environments,improving the efficiency,safety,and interactive aspects of foundational infrastructure. An excellent example of this evolution is seen in integrating sophisticated features into traditional elements,as evidenced by the incorporation of countdown displays within traffic light systems. This report delves into the complexities involved in designing,building,testing,and exploring the implications of a traffic lightsystem enhanced with a countdown display, ingeniously powered by the versatile ESP32 microcontroller coupled with a 7-segment display.
