Influence of Educational Policy Implementation on Primary School Administration and Career Achievement in Kaduna South L.g.a Kaduna State

Abstract
ABSTRACTThis study examined the Influence of educational policy implemeation on primary schooladministration and career achievement in Kaduna South Local Government drea. The objectiveswere to assess the extent to which policy implementation affects administrative effectiveness,by school administrators. The population of 979 respondents comprises all primary schooladministrators and teachers in Kaduna south LG.d of Kuduna state. This population include 948classroom teaichers, 31 head teachers who are involved in the implementation of educationalpolicies and the management of school aetivities was considered. A sample of 175 respondentsprovided data through a structured questionnabre. Findings revealed that whalle educatlonalpolicies are fairly well communicated and moderately supported with resources, there aresignificant gaps in teacher training and monitoring systems, limiting administrative effectiveness.academie development, with policies supporting career guidance and fostering an environmentconducive to aspirations. However, mafor challenges identified include inadequate funding.Insufficient teacher training,resistance to change, anid bureaneratie delays. The study concludesthat although polcy implementation contributes to school administration and careeradvancement, addressing the outlined challenges is essential for maximizing its Impact.Recommendations Include Increased funding, regular stalf training, and streamlined policyexecution mechanisms
