Digitalization of Healthcare Records at the University of Ilorin School Clinic

Abstract

The manual system at the University of Ilorin School Clinic suffers from severe inefficiency, errors, and security risks. This project designs and implements a user-friendly, secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) system using Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB to enhance operational efficiency, ensure data confidentiality, and enable better patient care through data analytics. Testing confirmed significant performance improvement and robust RBAC security.
