Abstract

This project presents the design and installation of a Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX)-based intercommunication telephone system for the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The system aims to enhance communication efficiency by providing seamless internal voice connectivity among offices, laboratories, and administrative units. It offers a reliable, scalable, and cost-effective communication solution that integrates multiple extensions, enabling direct and efficient interaction within the department. The project also demonstrates practical applications of telecommunication principles in system design, installation, and maintenance.
