Abstract
Abstract The National Hospital Abuja, established in 1999 as the National Hospital for Women and Children, has evolved into a premier healthcare institution in Nigeria. Initially founded with a 200-bed capacity, it expanded its services and name change in 2000 to cater to the broader population. Over the years, the hospital has grown to 450 beds, incorporating cutting-edge technology and expertise. This study explores the hospital's journey, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges from 1999 to 2020, showcasing its transformation into a leading healthcare provider in Nigeria and West Africa
