Influcence of Radio on the Promotion of Entrepreneurship Among Ospoly Mass Communication Students

Abstract The study examined the Influence of radio on the promotion of entrepreneurship among ospoly mass communication students. Radio is seen as a medium that is used to promote entrepreneurship among ospoly Mass Communication Students. This study make used of relevant theories which are developmental media and social responsibility theory in order to explain more on the topic. Survey method was adopted, while the data collection instrument was questionnaire. The sudy make used of questionnaire in the data collection and one hundred and fifty (150) copies was produce and administered to different respondents for respond and out of the One Hundred and Fifty questionnaire only one hundred and thirty (130) were able to receive back from respondents. The data collected were analyzed in frequency and percentage with tables. The research also concludes that the media attention for entrepreneurship will cast new lights for developing mass communication students in the society. Finally, it is recommended that Radio media need to be further explored and used for promoting entrepreneurship and in Patical it could he interesting to ino/re the interest of mass communication students in developing clips etc. that promote entrepreneurship. This might be achieved by creating a special Internet platform and Internet community for promotion of entrepreneurship
