Abstract
ABSTRACT In this study, the production of lithium manganese oxide thin film using spray pyrolysis technique is reported. The process was done by preparing the precursor and deposit it on a hot substrate. The deposition time was kept constant. The result shows that the film thickness attained a maximum thickness at a deposition time of 90hours. The optical properties of the thin film was investigated using UV spectrophotometer. Other properties like the morphology of the thin film was investigated using SEM and XRD.
