An Evaluation of Inequality in Wages as Injustice in Nigeria

Abstract
This project is concerned with the issue of inequality in wages as injustice in Nigeria, with a specific focus on public officers’ wages. It is an evaluation of the implications of low wages which consequently could bring about the impoverishment of public workers. Using a critical anal\sis method, the research investigates the current wage structure for public officers in Nigeria. compares wages across different levels of government and sectors. The findings reveal significant disparities in wages, with certain groups being disproportionately finances/uppused. The research also shows a strong correlation between perceived injustice and job dissatisfaction, corruption. and unethical behavior. The study recommends policy changes to address the injustices in public officers' wages, including a review of the wage structure, implementation Standardized payment system, and measures to address the address protest, strike, cyber-crime and depressing. The research contributes to the ongoing measure and research in inequality an wages and injustice in Nigeria and provides practical solutions to address the issue.
