Lecturers should attend conferences, seminars, and workshops to fully understand the benefits of educating students using the right approach, particularly in science subjects like Management courses, as opposed to relying just on lectures. Lecturers should, whenever possible, do their own research in this area using their own students, as individual differences among pupils influenced the choice of teaching style.
