Abstract

This study is an attempt to empirically examine “Impact of strategic planning on the employee productivity in Jovad Bakery Katsina Road Kaduna. The major objective of this study is to identify how employee productivity contributes to operational efficiency. The researcher conducts field survey and administered questionnaire to gather data. A total number of 54 respondents were sampled and formed the analysis of responses. The researcher decide to apply the Taro Yamani formula to determine the appropriate number of sample size that could represents general opinion of the total population. The investigation revealed that there is significant relationship between strategic planning effectiveness and employee productivity in Jovad Bakery, Kaduna. The study recommended that management of Jovad Bakery Kaduna should provide a clear direction for the organization. When employees understand the company's goals, mission, and vision, they are more likely to align their efforts towards achieving them.
