Abstract

This research focuses on the translation of selected Hadiths from the book Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaibah (Hadiths 38811–38899) from the Arabic language into the Hausa language. The study aims to make these Hadiths more accessible to Hausa-speaking audiences who may not understand Arabic. It examines the linguistic, semantic, and contextual meanings of the Hadiths, ensuring that the translation preserves the original intent and message of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as narrated in the collection.
