Abstract
This project addresses the limitations of traditional paper-based voting systems by proposing the design and implementation of an electronic voting (e-voting) system tailored for NACOSS at Audubako college of Agriculture dambatta . The current manual ballot system for appointments lacks efficiency, transparency, and inclusivity. The e-voting system aim to streamline the appointment process, enhance transparency, and improve accessibility for selecting officials, including the president and other key positions within NACOS. The system prioritizes data security through robust encryption and authentication measures, while also focusing on user training to facilitate a smooth transition. Cost-effective solutions within budget constraints and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements ensure the creation of an efficient, transparent, and inclusive decision-making process for appointments and other crucial organizational events.
