Abstract
This project focuses on designing and implementing a web-based inventory management system for AA Karaye Car Spare Parts. The system aims to replace the traditional manual methods of tracking inventory with an efficient, automated solution to enhance accuracy, reliability, and operational efficiency. It allows users to manage stock levels, track sales, and monitor inventory movement in real time through a user-friendly web interface. The system provides features such as adding, updating, and deleting inventory records, generating stock reports, and sending low-stock alerts to ensure proper stock management. The application stores data securely in a MySQL database, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval. Developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, the system is designed for cross-platform accessibility, allowing users to access it from any device with an internet connection. By automating inventory operations, the project minimizes errors, reduces manual workload, and supports informed decision-making, contributing to the overall efficiency of AA Karaye’s business processes.
