Abstract

ABSTRACT This project focuses on designing and implementing an online security guards hiring and management system for Halogen Security Company Ltd. The system aims to streamline the hiring process, maintain accurate records of guards and clients, and enhance day-to-day operations. Developed using PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL, the platform offers an efficient, user-friendly solution that automates manual tasks and provides real-time updates for both clients and administrators. The methodology follows the Structured Systems Analysis and Design Methodology (SSADM), beginning with a feasibility study, followed by analysis of current processes, system design, and implementation. Testing and evaluation ensured the system met the required functionality. The implementation has improved operational efficiency, reduced errors, and enabled faster recruitment. Future recommendations include system upgrades to handle growth, a mobile app for easier access, and live tracking features for guards.
