Abstract
The scope of this study focuses on developing a predictive model using Random Forest to enhance person-centred care for diabetes management. The study will utilize diverse datasets, including patient demographics, medical history, lab results, and lifestyle factors, to predict diabetes onset and progression. It will also explore the model's ability to provide individualized risk assessments, guiding healthcare professionals in offering personalized treatment plans. The research will be limited to structured data from electronic health records (EHRs) and will focus on Type 2 diabetes.
