Abstract
ABSTRACT This study explores the remarkable contributions of Dr. Faadhil Nurudeen Abiola to the propagation of Islam in Osogbo, Osun State. As a prominent Islamic scholar, educator, and community leader, Dr. Faadhil has been instrumental in fostering Islamic education and spiritual growth within the region. His efforts span the establishment of Islamic institutions, the organization of da'wah programs, and the mentorship of countless students and scholars. The research highlights his role in enhancing the understanding of Islamic teachings through public lectures, publications, and active involvement in interfaith dialogues. Additionally, Dr. Faadhil's initiatives have strengthened the unity and moral fabric of the Muslim community in Osogbo, while also addressing contemporary challenges through an Islamic perspective. By examining his life and legacy, this paper underscores the significance of dedicated individuals in the preservation and advancement of Islamic values in modern society while exploring the challenges facing the propagation of Islam in Osogbo. Also, this research recommended the documentation of da'wah activities and youth engagement in programs.
