Abstract
The project titled “Design and Implementation of a Wireless Automatic Water Level Indicator and Pump Control System” focuses on creating an efficient and reliable method for monitoring and controlling water levels in storage tanks without the need for manual operation. The system employs sensing probes to detect water levels, an RF transmitter-receiver pair for wireless communication, and a microcontroller (PIC16F874A) to process signals and control the pump. The design also incorporates an LCD for real-time display of water levels and an alarm system to alert users during low water conditions. By automating the pumping process, the system prevents overflow, conserves energy, and reduces maintenance costs associated with wired systems. The developed prototype demonstrates practical applications in domestic and industrial environments, contributing to improved water resource management and sustainability.
