Abstract
Effective teacher-student interaction plays a crucial role in enhancing learning experiences and academic performance. However, traditional communication methods often present challenges such as delays in feedback, lack of engagement, and difficulties in monitoring student progress. This study focuses on the design and implementation of a Dynamic Teacher-Student Interaction System for Lens Polytechnic, Offa to improve real-time communication, feedback, and student engagement. The system integrates web and mobile technologies, enabling seamless interaction between teachers and students through instant messaging, assignment submissions, progress tracking, and real-time notifications. It employs a user-friendly interface, cloud-based storage, and automated response mechanisms to facilitate efficient learning and administrative processes. The research adopts a structured software development approach, utilizing tools such as PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript for backend functionality and a responsive frontend design. System evaluation is conducted through user testing and feedback from students and lecturers at Lens Polytechnic, Offa.
