Abstract
The Online Art Gallery Management System (OAGMS) is a web-based platform developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML, and CSS to digitize and simplify art gallery operations. The system enables artists to upload, display, and sell artworks online while providing administrators with tools to manage exhibitions, track sales, and monitor inventory. It addresses the limitations of manual gallery management such as data inconsistency, restricted accessibility, and inefficient sales processes. Through this platform, users can explore, purchase, and bid for artworks remotely, thereby enhancing global visibility and expanding market opportunities for artists. The project applies the Incremental Software Development Model, ensuring flexibility, iterative improvements, and real-time updates. The implementation of robust security mechanisms guarantees the safety of user data and financial transactions.
