Multi-stage sampling procedure were used to select 100 rice farmers in the study area and data were collected through distribution of structured questionnaire. Frequency, percentage, mean and tobit regression model was used to analysed the collected data. This value represents the expected level of adaptation strategies for an average farmer with the basic characteristics. From the problems of the study are high cost of input 72%, inaduquecy of climate information 68%, insufficiency of financial resources 67% and shortage of land 62%.
