Abstract
Abstract The implementation of automated system, such as the NYSC posting Management System, present numerous advantages but also poses significant challenges that must be addressed for successful deployment. This paper explores the key challenges association with implementing such systems, focusing on technical, organizational, and financial aspects. Technical challenges include system integration with legacy systems, ensuring data security, and maintaining system reliability and performance. Organizational challenges involve overcoming resistance to change, providing adequate training for users, and aligning the system with the organization's culture. Financial challenges center on managing the intial costs of implementation, maintaining ongoing system support, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability. Addressing these challenges requires a strategic approach, including the use of middleware solutions for integration, robust cybersecurity measures, comprehensive training programs, and financial planning to evaluate return on investment (ROI). This paper also discusses the importance of conducting cost benefit analyses and implementing Change management strategies to foster a supportive organizational culture. Ultimately, by recognizing and proactively addressing these challenges, organization's can ensure that automated systems contribute to enhanced operational efficiency and service delivery. The findings of this paper provide valuable insights for policymakers, system developers, and administrators involved in the development of automated management systems.
