Abstract
ABSTRACT The study examines the impact of employee performance appraisal on productivity in an organization. The study aimed at determining the Impact of Performance Appraisal as a contributory factor to organizational productivity. Also to evaluate the extent at which performance appraisal has imparted on employee’s productivity of International Breweries Plc, Ilesha. The study is based on using the descriptive approach where the data collected by the primary and secondary sources. To achieve objectives of the study, 110 questionnaires was distributed, 81 questionnaires were available for analyses. The descriptive and inferential statistical tools used to descriptive the variables of the study (Means, standard deviation, chi-square). It was reached that there is significant relationship between Performance Appraisal and Organizational Productivity R2 = .922 which 92.2%; P< .000). This indicates a degree of relationship between Performance Appraisal and organizational productivity”
