Adherance to Construction Methodology in Building Delivery.

Abstract
ABSTRACT This research examines the significance of adhering to construction methodology in achieving successful project delivery. A review of existing literature and a survey of construction professionals reveal that adhering to construction methodology is crucial for ensuring project goals and objectives are met. The study highlights the benefits of adhering to construction methodology, including improved project outcomes, increased client satisfaction, and enhanced reputation. Recommendations are made for construction professionals to prioritize adherence to construction methodology in their project delivery practices. The data were administered by both construction managers and construction personnel, while the Data were analysed using percentage ratio. The finding indicates adherence differences in construction operations details, with variations observed in different aspects like setting out (80%), substructure (90%), superstructure (90%), roof structure (80%), and cleaning and handover (50%).
