Abstract
Abstract This study investigated the impact of sexuality education and household influence on the sexual health outcomes of adolescents in the Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. The research aimed to determine the relationship between exposure to sexuality education (both school-based and household-driven) and the prevalence of risky sexual behaviors, including early sexual debut, unprotected sex, and the incidence of STIs and unintended pregnancies. A cross-sectional survey design was employed, utilizing questionnaires to collect data from [Insert Number] adolescents. The findings revealed a statistically significant correlation between comprehensive sexuality education and a reduction in risky sexual behaviors.
