Abstract

This research aimed to gauge students' perceptions of the effectiveness of public relations in conflict resolution at UNIBEN, utilizing a mixed methods approach. By conducting surveys, it sought to understand students' views on the role of public relations professionals in resolving conflicts. The findings offer valuable insights into the practice of public relations at UNIBEN and contribute to the existing body of knowledge in the field.
