Abstract

This project develops an online marriage registry system to replace inefficient manual processes prone to errors, delays, and loss of records. Using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, it enables couples to register marriages, upload documents, schedule ceremonies, and download certificates. Admin manages approvals, records, and reports. Testing confirmed high usability, security, and efficiency, reducing processing time and improving accessibility for users in Kano.
