Abstract
This study has attempted to look into the investigation on the roles of mass median in improving students performance in English languagea case study of osogbo Local Government Area of Osun State programme for slow learners in English language in senior secondary schools . Specific attention was given to students of some selected secondary schools in osogbo local government . The method used to find out the investigation on the effects of computer assisted learning programme for slow learners in English language was mainly questionnaire. On the basis of the findings from the research, the researcher observed the investigation on the roles of mass median in improving students performance in English languagea case study of osogbo Local Government Area of Osun State: encouragement of indigenous language as a means of communication in secondary schools, as well as problem of inadequate textbooks for the subject.
