This study examines ‘Impact of fringe benefit on Workers performance (A Case Study of Avuenegbe Microfinance Bank. Auchi, Edo State). The research looked into the impact of fringe benefit it was discovered that the fringe benefit adopted by an organization can influence workers motivation with due consideration to the nature of work of the employees: It was also discovered that the perception of fringe benefit to the employee influence their motivation to performance. However, despite the significant role of incentives on workers motivation, there are problem associated with the administration of fringe benefit in the organization and these problems may take the provision of motivation in an organization boomeranged. The population of the study consist of all the staff of the company in Avuenegbe Microfinance Bank, Auchi; Edo State. With a total number of 120 staffs. Two sources of data were employed in the study; primary and secondary sources of data. The primary source made up of information collected with the aid of the questionnaire administered to respondents while the secondary source were information from text books, Magazines, Journals and the Internet. Simple percentage method was used to present the data collected while chi-square was used to test the hypothesis at 5% significance level. The sample adopted for this study has been discovered to be ideal banned on the demographic data analysis. The age, marital status, sex, experience is all found to be ideal for the sample adopted for the study. The instruments need for data analysis was properly need both for demographic study and research question analysis. Simple percentage and chi-square were direly med to analyze the data. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommends that management should make their pattern of giving out fringe benefit clear to their employees, the moment they are employed into the organization; this will solve the problem of employee choosing the type of motivation he/she prefers, It has been discovered during the study that motivation have impact on employees productively. The researchers therefore recommended that companies should have adequate. Motivation for their slow workers as well as fast workers to have a reasonable degree of performance.
