Abstract
ABSTRACT
Manual housing inventory systems are often inefficient, error-prone, and inaccessible, creating a need for automation in the housing sector. This study designs and implements an automated housing website for Mshel Homes, aimed at improving property listing, search, and transaction processes. The system was developed through literature review, requirement analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and web-based implementation, followed by testing and evaluation. Results show enhanced efficiency, secure data management, and improved user experience, with the capacity to generate leads and support property evaluation. The study recommends user training and future adoption of virtual reality and artificial intelligence for system advancement.
