Abstract

This project aims to design and implement a concrete block sales and inventory management system for AminuBego and Brothers, a leading concrete block manufacturing company. The system seek to automate and streamline the company’s sales and inventory management processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making. The proposed system will be designed using a structured approach, incorporating, system analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system’s functionality will include sales order management, inventory tracking, reporting, and analytics. The study will evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented system, highlighting its benefits, challenges, and areas for future improvement. The outcome of this project will contribute to the optimization of AminuBego and Brother’s operations, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and business competitiveness.
