Trailblazer: 24-Page Full-Color Magazine Production Project

Abstract

Trailblazer is a 24 paged colored Magazine produced by GROUP 1 HND II Regular students of mass communication department, Kaduna polytechnic. The objective of this production is to create awareness, inform, educate and entertain our readers on various issues, while becoming one of the best magazines in the institution. The entire study is focused on dissemination of information as related to general Interest Stories ranging from health, morals, academic, sports, agriculture, social activities, personality, etc, all for the purpose of informing, educating and entertaining the public on various aspects of life and creating awareness on issues happening around them, as well as educating and entertaining them. Various original contents, pictures and captions are provided to this effect. This report also contains definitions, history, importance, types of magazine and other various important aspects of magazine production to be known. In gathering and sourcing for information contained in the magazine, we interviewed different authorities occupying different offices both within Kaduna Polytechnic and Kaduna State who has had experiences in the offices they occupy and members’ experiences were also included.
