Abstract
This project focuses on the design and construction of a 3-speed level solar rechargeable fan. The aim is to provide a cost-effective and eco-friendly cooling device that can operate without relying on electricity from the national grid. The system uses a solar panel to charge a rechargeable battery that powers the fan through a speed control circuit. The fan can operate at three different speed levels depending on user preference. During the construction, components such as a DC motor, solar panel, battery, switch, and regulator were used. The completed project performed effectively, demonstrating that solar energy can be harnessed to power small household appliances. This system is especially useful in rural or off-grid areas where access to electricity is limited.
