Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between Body Roundness Index (BRI) and cardiometabolic indices among young adult females. A cross-sectional design was used to collect anthropometric and biochemical data, including height, waist circumference, blood pressure, and fasting blood glucose. The Body Roundness Index was calculated and compared with cardiometabolic indicators such as BMI, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and glucose levels. Statistical analyses revealed a significant positive correlation between BRI and several cardiometabolic indices, suggesting that BRI may serve as a reliable predictor of cardiometabolic risk in young adult females.
