A New Look at Merit Measurement for Multicriteria Multijudged Assessment

Abstract

This project research contain a work on fuzzy multiset. It deals with measure of similarity
between two fuzzy multiset and its application in decision making problems. We consider
a problem of selecting most suitble action out of ā€œnā€ alternatives on the"k"factors or
ctiteria where m judges supply information on all these k factor. Our observation is that
in many situations, the criteria values are not crisp, but rather fuzzy bags. An algorithm
for the method is presented,and a hypothetical application-oriented example is
demonstrated.
