An Evaluation Human Capital Development as a Strategy for Increasing Productivity in Nigeria Breweries Company, Kakuri Kaduna

Abstract
This study investigates the influence of human capital development on employee performance in Nigeria Breweries, Kakuri Kaduna. The specific objectives of the study were to: assess the role of human capital development in organization productivity; determine the role of training and development for increased organizational productivity; determine the impact of human capital development on employee efficiency; and ascertain the relationship between human capital development and organizational productivity. The population of the study was 305 and the sample size of 175 for the study was drawn out using the Taro and Yamani formula. The study employed mean score in data analysis while chi-square was used to test the hypotheses. The findings showed that skill development has a significant effect on employee performance In the Nigeria Breweries Kakuri Kaduna. The study concluded that human capital development enhances organizational performance in the Nigeria Breweries Kakuri Kaduna, and the study recommended that the organizations should training their staff to enable them acquire Knowledge to enhance productivity and the market share of the firms.
