Abstract
The Online Project Grading System is designed to automate and simplify the process of assessing and managing students’ final year projects. Traditional grading methods are often time-consuming, error-prone, and dependent on manual recordkeeping. This system provides a centralized and secure platform that enables supervisors, examiners, and students to interact efficiently. Built using PHP and MySQL, it features modules for user authentication, grade computation, feedback, and data management. By replacing paper-based workflows with a web-based system, it ensures timely access to information, reduces human error, and enhances transparency in project evaluation. The system also improves communication among stakeholders and supports scalability for large numbers of users. Overall, the Online Project Grading System contributes to the modernization of academic assessment processes, aligning with current digital education standards.
