Abstract
ABSTRACT
Employees in the workplace usually are driven to performance as a result
of the rationality of the organisation. The study examined the impact of
Compensation Management on Employees Performance in Nigeria Brewery Ple,
ljebu-Ode. Specifically, the study objectively ascertained management
compensation measures in the areas of salary and benefits programmes and
how they impact employees performance in the Nigeria Brewery Ple. IjebuOde. A descriptive survey research design was adopted most appropriately
due to the descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of the
Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The sample size is of 120
respondents was determined for the study using sampling random techniques
on small elements.
The study used a 5 point Likert Scale for the closed-ended questions to
draw responses from the respondents. The findings revealed that all the
independent variables (Productivity, Sales target and Profitability, have
a significant relationship with employees performance in Nigeria Brewery
Plc, Ljebu-Ode. The study recommended that the company should continue
providing securily benefits to all employees, their position
notwithstanding as it will positively influence employee prochetivity and
raise overall performance in Nigeria Brewery Pic, ljebu-Ode.
