The Effect of Effective Decision Making on Organization Efficiency

Abstract
The study examine the effect of Effective Decision Making on Organization Efficiency Evidence From Setraco Nigeria Limited Auchi Edo State. The specific objective are to investigate decision making and organizational efficiency and lack of decision making would lead to organizational inefficiency. The population of the the study consist of two hundred and fifty (250) respondent while the sampl size is eighty (80) was selected as non probability sampling method, Data were analyses using descriptive statistics such as percentages and chi_square statistical tool to test hypothesis. This findinga of this study revealed that the assumptions were upheld that good decision making lead to growth and expansion and good decision making serve as source of motivation to workers
The study recommended that management should seek employees opinion before decisions are reached.
