Analysis of Proximate Composition, Minerals Content and Antinutrient of Ananas comosus leaves

Abstract

The study analyzed the nutritional content of Ananas comosus leaves, revealing they're rich in nutrients: 16.54% protein, 58.79% carbs, 8.84% lipids, and 6.45% fiber. The study recommends conducting clinical trials to confirm nutritional benefits and launching awareness campaigns to promote safe consumption and highlight the leaves' nutritional value.
