Effect of Time Management Techniques on Employees’ Productivity in Dangote Automobile Nigerian Limited, Kaduna

Abstract
The study assessed the effect of time management techniques on employees’ productivity in Dangote Automobile Nigeria limited, Kaduna. The study covered the period 2018-2023. In this regard, views of various authors were synthesized in literature review to ascertain it consistency with the existing knowledge. Survey method was used as methodology for data collection for the study, and the data were generated from both primary and secondary source; the instrument of primary data is questionnaire, while secondary source utilized published and unpublished text materials. The data collected were presented in table and analyzed with the aid of mean statistics and simple percentage and results obtainedwere discussed. After analyzing the data from various sources, the finding revealed that the use of time management techniques in the organization increase the staff efficiency in performance and thereby leading to correspondent increase in organizational productivity. The study concluded that time management has significant impact on employees’ performance and organizational productivity. In line with the findings of this study, it was strongly recommended for the management to focus more on training, most especially on effective time management and general productivity improvement tools.
