Abstract
This study investigates the impact of employees empowerment on the performance of organizations, emphasizing how autonomy, participation in decision making, access to information, and opportunities for skill development contribute to improved productivity and organizational growth. The research explores empowerment as a strategic human resource practice that enhances employee motivation, strengthens commitment, and encourages innovative behaviour. A descriptive research design was adopted and data was collected through structured questionnaires administered to selected employees. The findings reveal that empowerment significantly improves job satisfaction, enhances operational efficiency, and positively affects overall organizational performance. The study concludes that organizations that adopt empowerment strategies experience higher productivity levels and competitive advantages. Recommendations include consistent training programs, open communication channels, and the creation of a supportive work environment that promotes employee engagement.
