Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study assesses the adoption of digitalized safety measures to enhance worker safety at heights in the construction industry, which is notoriously plagued by safety issues. The research investigates the level of awareness, implementation, and effectiveness of digitalized safety measures on construction sites. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study reveals a moderate level of familiarity with digital safety measures among respondents, with a notable adoption rate but low implementation due to factors such as high initial costs, lack of awareness, power and electricity issues. The findings underscore the potential of digitalized safety measures to significantly enhance worker safety at heights. Ultimately, this study demonstrates that adopting digitalized safety measures can lead to improved safety outcomes, highlighting the need for increased implementation and investment in this area.
