Bacteriological Assessment of Skin Ulcers from Patients Attending Polyclinic Eket

Abstract
This study was aimed at analyzing the bacteriological activities of septic skin ulcer from patients in polyclinic. Eket The wound samples were cultured using standard plate techniques. The microorganisms were seen as follows; (Staphylococcus aureus. Escheriachia colt Streptococcas Progene and I aeruginosa), Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli had the highest prevalence detected 7 (38.88%) and 5(27.77%) respectively, in all six plates tollowed by Streptococcus Pyogene which was seen in only plate 1.
