Abstract

The project, "Design and Implementation of Unemployment Database Management System," aims to create a comprehensive software system for efficiently managing and analyzing unemployment data. This system will collect, store, and retrieve information related to unemployment trends, job seekers, and employers, providing a centralized platform for relevant stakeholders such as government agencies, employment organizations, and researchers. The system will utilize a relational database management system (RDBMS) to maintain structured data on job vacancies, qualifications, applications, and employment statistics. methodology used in this research work include the following; interview, the internet, textbooks and direct observation from people. These methods used provide reliable information of the required knowledge of this research and proper guidance; HTML, CSS AND Java Script will be employed as the front-end and PHP and MySQL as the back end for the design of the system.
