Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study investigates the hydrometallurgical processing of lepidolite, a significant lithium-bearing mineral, to extract valuable metals. Various physico chemical properties including pH, moisture content, and loss on mass of ignition, were examined to understand the influence of these properties on the leaching and roasting process. The experiment was conducted by roasting lepidolite from 500-1000℃with an additive of sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) at a molar concentration of 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3
